Team TRF in the 43rd Annual Falmouth Road Race

Posted on July 16, 2015

On Sunday, August 16th, ten runners and two wheelchair athletes will represent the Travis Roy Foundation for the 43rd Annual Falmouth Road Race! This race is a local favorite that features a seven-mile loop around picturesque Falmouth, Massachusetts. In addition to training for several weeks, Team TRF will be raising money for the Travis Roy Foundation. This is the first TRF race for many of our runners, and we are excited to see the team growing! Each athlete is passionate about this cause and inspired by Travis’ positive attitude, courage, and dedication to helping others. Every mile and every donation brings us closer to curing paralysis and helping paraplegics and quadriplegics live more independent lives.

This year, the team is comprised of Mary Landry, Katelyn Landry, Mike Landry, Molly Curley, Rachel Kase, Kirkley Luttman, Shelby Densman, Ann Newman, Jane McCarthy, and Meagan McCarthy. In addition, Geoff Krill and Travis Wescott will be competing in the wheelchair division with the hopes of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
